Terms & Conditions


  1. All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars. 
  2. All products personalized are final sale. The addition of any logos, numbers or names,  or other modifications/embellishments are customization of the original item and, therefore final sale. Garments that have been personalized with printing or embroidery (either on the back, front, or sleeves) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  3. All regional taxes, postal charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Should we be charged any shipping cost, including but not limited to import duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct these charges from the refund.
  4. In order to prevent payment fraud, we may contact you for additional information such as proof of billing/delivery address. 
  5. Returns will be accepted only on brand new, unworn items and only with proof of purchase *** PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ***

  7. There will be 30% restocking fees for the exchange. *** PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ***
  8. Cross-orders are not allowed. All Items must belong to a single club. If there are mixed items from different Clubs the order will be processed with only one club logo whichever is added first. We will not be responsible for any return/Exchange.


  1. Back Order items will be shipped separately to the Clubhouse or with an additional shipping cost;
  2. In-stock standard items (not customized) are shipped within 7 to 15 business days from the date of order; 
  3. In-stock customized items are shipped within 10 to 20 business days from the date of order;
  4. please add 10 to 15 business days if items are not in stock


  1. The customer will be responsible for checking all items (Color, Embellishment, sizes, etc.) before picking. After that, we will not be responsible for anything if you refuse to check your order.
  2. The person who picks up the order must sign the order sheet.


While we stand behind the quality and look of our products, we understand that sometimes you wish to return your purchase for a refund or exchange. Before doing so remember the following:

  1. All the customized products are Final Sale. No Exchange and no Refund.
  2. Return shipping for non-defective items is at the buyer’s expense with their choice of courier (we always recommend a tracked delivery as we will not be responsible for missing/lost packages).
  3. All the products on sale/clearance are Final Sales. No Exchange and no Refund.
  4. Undergarments are Final Sale. No Exchange and no Refund.
  5. We will accept requests for refund/exchange within 10 days of purchase (or delivery) of your order. Once received the garment will be inspected and if the return is approved we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Please note proof of purchase/delivery must be shown.
  6. We will refund only the cost of the item purchased. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. 
  7. Returns of used, damaged, or altered goods will null the return request and may be sent back to the customer “as is”. Products returned must be in new and unworn condition and with the tag still on.
  8. On eligible exchanges (different sizes or colors), 30% restocking fees will be applicable.
